Homer's *The Iliad* about "the wrath of Achilles," is set during the last year of the Trojan War. and includes an all-star cast of characters--male, female, gods, goddesses. "The Iliad" one of the oldest extant works of literature, holds up well with timeless themes and insight into human nature.
